MES Fatima Rahim Central School Students Visit Prestigious Devagiri College Library on National Reading Day

In celebration of National Reading Day, 83 students of MES Fatima Rahim Central School, Kaithapoyil undertook an inspiring educational visit to the renowned St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Devagiri Library, one of the most prestigious academic libraries in Kerala.The students were accompanied by School Manager K.M.D. Muhammed, Principal Joseph Pulimoottil, and School Librarian Jansi Varghese, who guided and supported the group throughout the visit. The aim was to ignite a deeper love for reading and provide students with firsthand exposure to a leading institution of higher learning.

The group received a warm welcome from the college staff. Librarian Mr. Tom and Principal Rev. Fr. Biju graciously interacted with the students and spent their valuable time engaging with them, sharing words of encouragement and academic insight. Their presence and thoughtful interaction made a profound impact on the young visitors.During the guided tour, students were introduced to the library’s vast resources and functioning. Two of the college’s dedicated librarians provided detailed explanations of the library systems, including cataloging, reading spaces, and reference materials.The visit left a lasting impression on all attendees. Students returned motivated, inspired, and more committed to their academic goals. The event beautifully aligned with the spirit of National Reading Day, promoting a passion for books, learning, and excellence in education.

Constructing a Wild Animal Protection Fence for Environmental Conservation

In a remarkable initiative for World Environment Day, MES Fathima Raheem Central School at Kaithapoyil constructed a wild animal protection fence to raise awareness about protecting farmers and the general public from wild animal disturbances.Despite wild animal attacks being declared a state disaster due to ongoing human-wildlife conflict in Kerala, more than 3 million people across around 200 panchayats still live in constant fear of such incidents. Massive damages continue to occur in the high-range areas. As a response, students of MES Fathima Raheem Central School constructed a bio-fence on Environment Day, demanding urgent measures to prevent wild animal attacks.The event was led by school manager K.M.D. Mohammed, Principal Joseph Pulimoottil, Treasurer A.C. Abdul Azeez, and students Fahmi Fathima, Sajwa Kasim, Shamas, Abi Nahal, Ashfaq, Lian, Hamdan, and Lena Sathar, among others.

“Let’s Move Forward Together” – MES Fathima Raheem Central School Welcomes the New Academic Year with Joy

Kaithapoyil MES Fathima Raheem Central School is all set to celebrate the school reopening festival with the theme “Let’s move forward together, in unity.”With a fresh spirit and a colorful new beginning, students dressed in vibrant costumes and wearing smiley masks are all prepared to welcome the newcomers to the school grounds.

A unique highlight of the reopening celebration is that the formal inauguration will be done by Naila Mehak, the very first student to take admission this year — a symbolic and heartfelt gesture by the school.Adding to the festive mood are cartoon characters ready to greet the children. The school corridors and classrooms from grades 1 to 4 are beautifully painted with educational and nature-themed images — fruits, vegetables, wild animals, maps of India and Kerala, and general knowledge visuals — to make learning more engaging.Both the school and its classrooms now eagerly await the arrival of the new students. The guiding belief is that “Knowledge is the greatest strength,” and the school management and teachers are united in their mission to guide children toward this realization.

MES’s Contributions in the Field of Education Are Commendable Alex Thomas Chempakassery

The contributions of MES in the fields of education and healthcare have always been commendable, said Alex Thomas Chempakassery, President of the Kodenchery Grama Panchayat.He was inaugurating “Prachodana 2025”, an educational encouragement week organized by the MES Puthuppadi Unit Committee under the leadership of the MES Kozhikode District Committee.The event was held at MES Fathima Raheem Central School, with MES School Chairman T.K.C. Mohammed presiding over the function. The newly elected office bearers of the MES Kozhikode District Committee were honored during the program.

As part of the initiative, educational materials were distributed to underprivileged students by MES District President K.V. Saleem. School Secretary K.M.D. Mohammed delivered the keynote address. P.P. Abdullakkutty, the convener of Prachodana 2025, presented the report.Students of Kaithapoyil MES School who achieved excellent results in the 2025 CBSE 10th board exams and MES alumni who performed exceptionally well in the +2 exams were also honored at the event.Speakers included Kodenchery Grama Panchayat Vice President Jameela Azees, K. Kadarivu Nature Camp attended by MES students in Kaitapoyil.

Kozhikode National Green Army’s one-day Nature Camp kadariv Nature camp at Vana parvam for the academic year 2024-25 was conducted in the forests.If the lakhs of links in the web of nature are not held together, a great disaster will befall us. To see, hear, understand, experience and move forward with this situation.The classes conducted by Section Forest Officer Mr. Bijesh.N, Range Forest Officer Mr. Prabhakaran and Nature Camp Coordinator Mr. Ramesh about mangroves and nature conservation became a great experience for the children.Students Hadiq Muhammad, Albion, Muhammad Hannan, Nafeesatul Misria, Shamya Fatima Teacher Coordinator Husbi participated in the program.

Green Sabha

Kaitapoyil.: Students of MES Fatima Rahim Central School participated in Green Sabha for Students organized at Kodanchery Panchayat level as part of Garbage Free New Kerala Campaign and presented a report.The report was presented by students Fahmi Fatima, Lena Shamis, Minha Fatima, Yaseen, Nishwa, Ayesha Zia and Isha Tanvi. The Grama Panchayat expressed special appreciation for the excellent presentation skills of the students.The students indicated in the report that there is a need to minimize waste and create a nature-friendly campus environment.

Santosh Trophy player Ajsal Mohammed given a warm welcome by MES students in Kaithappoyil

Ajsal Mohammed, who was selected as the Santosh Trophy player from the new generation who cherish the sport of football, was honored by MES students with a warm welcome in the school courtyard. School Manager KMD Mohammed, Principal Joseph Pulimoottil, and MES Thamarassery Taluk President AC Abdul Aziz honored him with a gold medal. P. Jaffer, PTA President Muhammadali, and Sports Instructor N. Sabit extended their greetings for the ceremony. Vice Principal Riyas NooramThodu expressed his gratitude.

To acquire the strategies for success on the exam day, MES Fathima Rahim Central School organized a one-day workshop titled “Success Is My Right” for the students of class X. Mihras Hospital Executive Director Dr. Shamsuddin inaugurated the program organized at Mihras Hospital. School Manager K.M.D. Muhammed presided over the program organized at Mihras Hospital. The workshop was led by renowned motivation trainer Joseph Wayanad.
School Principal Joseph Pulimoottil welcomed the participants and School Treasurer A.C. Abdul Aziz expressed the vote of thanks. Mihras Hospital P. R Director Afzal, Class Teacher Sushmita, School Leader Fatima Liya, and Class Leader Ashiga spoke.

For this purpose, we visited CWRDM Kozhikode with the students of classes 6, 7, 8, and 9 in connection with learning activities at MES Fatima Rahim Central School, Kaithapoyil. Then the classes of 3, 4, and 5th visited Wayanad Milma, Kozhikode.
